PCD系列錘式破碎機主要是由轉子總成(chéng)、蔑子、殼體、反擊架和驅動部分等不見組成(chéng)。主要靠破碎機錘頭上腔中對(duì)礦石進(jìn)行強烈的打擊，礦石對(duì)反擊架的撞擊和礦石之間的碰撞而使礦石破碎。原礦通過(guò)重型給料設備(如可調速的闆式給料機)喂入破碎機的進(jìn)料口後(hòu)，落入由窄V帶驅動的高速旋轉的轉子與反擊架之間的破碎腔内，受到錘頭的打擊而被(bèi)初步破碎。初破碎後(hòu)物料在向(xiàng)下運動過(guò)程中在轉子和反擊架之間受到進(jìn)一步的再次破碎，然後(hòu)由蔑子和轉子形成(chéng)的下破碎腔進(jìn)行最終破碎直至顆粒尺寸小于蔑縫的尺寸從機腔下部排出。
